This class combines the best of Pilates and Yoga. We warm up with some great stretching and Yoga Sun Salutations, and then continue to work our bodies with beginning-intermediate Pilates Mat work and Yoga poses. A great all level all over body workout.
Yoga can be used for improving the flexibility of the body and it will also gradually increase the flexibility of your joints. Whereas Pilates focuses on trying to relax muscles which are tense and provide strengthening of the numerous muscles of the body. An awesome combination!
